Tell the EPA to Reconsider Its Approval of Glyphosate!

By now it has become common knowledge that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, the most common weed killer in the world, poses a number of grave threats to human health and has been classified as a probable carcinogen by the World Health Organization.

Now there's even more evidence. A new study found that rats given glyphosate at low concentrations over a long period of time developed fatty liver disease.

Glyphosate isn't the only problem. Paraquat, for example, which is lethal in extremely small doses and is banned in Europe, is increasingly being used by American farmers when weeds become resistant to glyphosate.

Clearly, Americans are consuming glyphosate on a daily basis. And this, according to the evidence accumulated so far, will have profound consequences for our health. Write to the EPA and urge the agency to reconsider its approval of glyphosate--and paraquat--based on this evidence.
