You can Honor a friend or loved one with memory loss or dementia or a special caregiver by making a contribution of $10 or more and having his or her name added to our Tree of Hope Commemorative Photograph, which will be featured as part of the 2020 Crawford County Alzheimer’s Walk fundraiser for October 3, 2020.

The photograph will be available locally as a traveling display for at least 8 months following the Walk. All proceeds from the Walk event, including the Tree of Hope Photograph go towards local programs and services of the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin that serves this area and to promote local research towards early detection, treatment and a cure.
