COOPER WAS TIED TO A RADIATOR AND BURNED

At first glance it may seem like Cooper is wearing a coat with a psychedelic pattern. But if you look closely, you'll see that it's his skin.
After his person passed away, Cooper was found tied to a radiator with terrible burns to nearly 50% of his tiny, six-pound body. Due to the severity of the burns and significant hair loss, we believe he had been forced to endure this torture for quite some time. Luckily a nice person dropped Cooper off at the city shelter, who brought him to Animal Haven to begin his road to recovery.
Cooper could not be more sweet and even joined us for our weekly staff meeting, cozying up on a staff member's lap. Thanks to supporters like you, Cooper will never again be forced to suffer.
Won't you please consider making a donation towards Cooper's recovery?
The Recovery Road Fund is designed to help animals that come to the shelter needing extra medical care. Whether it's a life-saving surgery or a simple procedure to alleviate pain and discomfort, we count on the generosity of our supporters and The Recovery Road Fund to give these animals a second chance.
