Dear [Decision Maker],
More than 25,000 Montanans depend on Title X family planning program services every year and 6 in 10 women who get care at a family planning clinic consider it their usual source of healthcare. Eliminating Title X funding imposes a barrier to primary and preventive healthcare for low income women. Title X funds are administered through 7 county health departments, 2 community health centers and 5 independent family planning clinics. In addition to family planning services, these funds provide breast and cervical cancer screenings, STD testing and counseling and HIV testing and counseling.
Sincerely,[Your Name] [Your Address] [City, State ZIP][Your Email]
