Cosponsor the National Public Health Week Resolution

Dear [Decision Maker],

As a constituent and public health advocate, I write to urge you to join Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard and the co-chairs of the Congressional Public Health Caucus in cosponsoring a resolution to recognize April 2-8 as National Public Health Week. For two decades, communities around the country have celebrated National Public Health Week each April to recognize the role of public health in promoting a healthy and thriving nation. The 2018 NPHW theme is "Healthiest Nation 2030: Changing our Future Together," with the goal of making the United States the healthiest nation in one generation.

Join us in recognizing National Public Health Week by cosponsoring the resolution. To become a cosponsor, please contact Marcella Hernandez in Rep. Roybal-Allard's office at Marcella.Hernandez@mail.house.gov.

Thank you for considering my request to cosponsor this important resolution. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
