From classroom presentations to field trips, ARF’s humane education programs offer students a unique opportunity to explore the meaning of compassion, responsibility, and community service.

Unfortunately, many schools cannot afford extracurricular programs. Most affected are children in low-income areas and Title 1 schools, where humane education is especially critical. The Humane Education Fund supports educational programs for disadvantaged children and schools meeting low-income guidelines.

Your tax-deductible donation will provide the means to underwrite field trips and school presentations for students throughout Contra Costa County so more children can participate in ARF camps, clubs, and volunteer programs. Together, we can “create a world where children learn to care.”
