April 25 Session, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: This two-hour, self-care offering is dedicated to artists, creative entrepreneurs and others to find movement, breath, self-study and a community for accountability. Each session will focus on different topics like fear, self-doubt and tools for motivation. We will co-create to set intentions for the upcoming weeks and look at our habits to establish sustainable patterns to bring us in alignment with our goals.
