About The Ride

Get ready to experience a ride like no other!

The BC Lung Foundation is proud to present the 39th annual "The Ride for Lung Health", a 200 km bike ride taking place over the weekend of August 12th and 13th.

This is a unique, exciting event, raising funds for a great cause – supporting lung health for British Columbians!

As you cycle through Tsawwassen, Ladner, Delta, Surrey, and White Rock, you'll be surrounded by stunning landscapes and like-minded individuals who share your passion for cycling and improving lung health. Starting at Tsawwassen Mills, this event offers something for everyone, with 100km and 50km options available on Saturday, August 12th, and a full 200 km ride that spans both Saturday and Sunday.

Throughout the ride, participants will have access to:

  • fully-supported rest stops
  • lunch breaks in Delta on Day 1 and White Rock on Day 2 provided by CultivATE Food Truck
  • dinner celebrations on Saturday/Day One
  • A indoor glamping exprience in Tsawwassen Mills
  • a finale weekend celebration to cap off an unforgettable weekend on Sunday/Day Two

But it's not just about the ride - all participants are encouraged to fundraise towards supporting lung health in BC!

Choose how far you want to ride and raise the minimum amount required to participate. By doing so, you'll be helping to support lung health research, patient programs and advocacy.

Join us for a fun and fulfilling weekend that brings together good people doing good things!

Whether you sign up as an individual or create a team with friends, family, or colleagues, this event promises to be unforgettable!
