Hi,

I’m raising funds to empower women and girls around the world to fight global poverty.  On Sunday, April 27th , I am participating in Walk in Her Shoes, an event that honours women who have to walk every day to secure food and water.  I will be walking a total of 8,000 steps (6 kms) - representing the effort women around the world must make on a daily basis to provide for their children and loved ones.  Greg will be walking alongside me, cheering me on (women's empowerment can't happen without the involvement of men!).  Every dollar I raise will be donated to CARE for a project assisting women in Bolivia.
