FAQs

Fundraising Centre

What is my Fundraising Centre?

Your Fundraising Centre contains customizable tools for emailing friends and family, tracking online donations, team status, and much, much more.

What is my Personal Fundraising page?

Your Personal Fundraising page is your very own webpage that you can use promote your fundraising efforts. You can personalize and customize the content and image on your page and send people to your page to support you.

Why does my personal page this year have last year’s content?

If you are a returning participant, we’ve saved your personalized content from last year so that you can reuse your images and messaging for this year. You can update your image and messaging for this year by logging in and visiting your Fundraising Centre.

I am getting bounce backs when emailing from my Fundraising Centre. Why is this happening?

If you are manually entering email addresses to your contact list, please do not separate the addresses using a colon (;). Kindly use a comma (,) to separate the addresses.
If the issue persists, please contact Donor Services department at connect@cancer.ca or 1-888-939-3333.

My friends and family are not receiving the emails sent from my Fundraising Centre. Why is this happening?

If your friends and family are not receiving emails sent from your Fundraising Centre, try using the option provided to “Send From My Email”. When you are in your Fundraising Centre and composing a message, click on the button to ‘Send From My Email’. This feature allows you to send from your email client with you as the sender email. This option may help to make sure your email is received and read by the recipient.

If I import my donor information online, will the Canadian Cancer Society be able to contact these people?
