HIV ENDS WITH US
Community Partners

Since 2015, proceeds from the Baltimore AIDS Walk have supported Chase Brexton's care and outreach events to end HIV and AIDS. For the second year, we are inviting local HIV and AIDS service organizations to join us as a Community Partner and keep half the money they raise. Participating organizations will join this year’s Baltimore AIDS Walk & Music Festival as fundraising teams, with a portion of the proceeds they raise directly benefiting their programs and services.

Participating organizations must be a local 501(c)(3) with HIV and AIDS education, prevention, care or advocacy as a component of their organization’s mission or programs.

Together, we can end the impact of HIV on our friends, families, and communities by expanding education, testing, prevention, and treatment programs provided by our Community Partners and Chase Brexton.

To submit your organization as a Community Partner team for this year's Baltimore AIDS Walk & Music Festival, please review our Community Partner Program Guidelines & Benefits, complete the online form or print the application and send to the address provided.

The deadline for applications is April 30,2021.
