About Relay For Life

This website and service is provided by Cancer Council for the purposes of participating and or donating to Cancer Council via our Relay For Life events.

Refunds policy

Cancer Council do not offer refunds and our general policy is to treat your money as a donation. Should you have made an error whilst registering or donating please contact  your local Cancer Council office for assistance.

Shipping and delivery

Cancer Council will distribute any merchandise purchased as part of your registration at the Relay you have registered for, if not prior at an Information Session about your Relay. Should you have any queries please contact  your local Cancer Council office for assistance.

Storage of credit card information

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates, which is the industry standard for encrypting your credit card and debit card numbers, your name and address so that it cannot be viewed by any third party over the internet.  Your financial information is encrypted on our servers and access to this information is restricted to authorised Cancer Council employees only. Cancer Council is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Website usage information and cookies

When you access our website, we may use software embedded in our website (such as Javascript) and we may place small data files (or cookies) on your computer or other device to collect information about which pages you view and how you reach them, what you do when you visit a page, the length of time you remain on the page and how we perform in providing content to you.  Our website may use Google Analytics features, which tracks your internet usage and discloses this to other members of the Google Ad network.
