PREVENTION TIP OF THE MONTH: EAT VEGETABLES AND FRUIT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

 

With summer over, we may forget to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit since they may be going out of season. But don’t let this prevent you from eating well.

Try to eat at least 6 servings of fresh vegetables and fruit each day, and less red meat.

Don’t let the word “serving” intimidate you. A serving can be a few carrot sticks you snack on in the car, or a quick apple at your break.
