Stop H.R. 2666!

Some members of Congress seem to want you to stop complaining about Internet service.

H.R. 2666 (The No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act) could:

*Strip the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of authority to investigate consumer complaints about billing errors and schemes used by Big Cable/Telecom companies to price-gouge consumers (data caps and overage fees).

*Undermine historic net neutrality rules that give the FCC the authority to protect Internet customers from unjust or unreasonable prices and business practices.

The bill recently moved to the full House Energy and Commerce Committee. Please send a message now!

Fight for the Internet: Stop HR 2666

Dear [REPRESENTATIVE],

I'm asking you to oppose the "No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act'" (H.R. 2666).

My Internet prices are already too high, and I have too few choices for broadband service. Please, stand up for Internet customers in Illinois and say NO to H.R. 2666.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
