Join israel360 and your fellow Boston Young Adults (20s & 30s) for a tasty exploration of Israeli cuisine.
We’ll roll up our sleeves, pull out the aprons, and learn to make delicious Israeli dishes with Israeli-American Chef Nir Mesika. Come ready to cook, eat, and enjoy!
Chef Nir Mesika grew up in Israel and can trace his family history to Egypt and Morocco. Influenced by Jewish tradition and his Moroccan heritage, Nir’s cuisine melds family memories with ancient Moroccan flavors, providing diners with a cross-cultural experience. The son of a famous Israeli baker, today Nir is the owner and executive chef of New York City's Timnarestaurant. Join him as he shares his journey with us.
