Research at Lurie Children’s is conducted through Stanley Manne Children's Research Institute. We focus on improving child health, transforming pediatric medicine and ensuring healthier futures.
Beginning in 2019, the Simpson Querrey Biomedical Research Center on Northwestern University's Chicago campus will be the new home for the Manne Research Institute.
The Young Associates Board (YAB) is a tax-exempt, non-profit affiliated organization of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago that is committed to providing hope for children with brain tumors. Established in 2000 as a Junior Board of the Gus Foundation, the YAB conducts fundraising events aimed at young professionals and organizes a variety of service projects that directly benefit children with brain tumors and their families.
As the legacy organization of the Gus Foundation, the YAB continues to support critical research that is either centered at, or collaborated with, Lurie Children's Hospital. To date the YAB has raised over $1.5 million dollars for Lurie Children's hospital.
Thank you for supporting the Young Associates Board! Your gift will help the children and families of Lurie Children's. If you have any questions, please contact Samantha Kuderna at skuderna@luriechildrens.org or 312.227.7298.
