Friends & Family,
As you all know I have Charcot- Marie-Tooth (CMT) and cycling has been a part of my life for almost 20 years.
This year have decided to host a Cycle 4 CMT ride to raise money for CMT. It will be on June 1st at Red Oak Brewery in Whitsett, NC. Would love to have you ride, donate, and/or volunteer for the event.
The CMTA is a 501c3 non-profit working with world-class partners to advance treatment-oriented research through STAR (Strategy to Accelerate Research).
To people with CMT, STAR research for a cure means regaining feeling in the extremities, walking without tripping, buttoning shirts, and easily picking up change off a flat surface. STAR is synonymous with stopping the progression of CMT and living a life without limitations.
