Syracuse, NY Walk4CMT

Team Gentry

Hi Everyone!

I am participating in the Syracuse Walk4CMT to raise money for the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA) - an organization that is near and dear to me as I was diagnosed with CMT in 2019.

Our Walk4CMT will take place on September 14th at Onondaga Lake Park at 9:30 a.m. We will have music, raffles, breakfast goodies and lots of fun! If you're local, feel free to join me - registration is free; however, donations to my page are welcomed! If you'd like to support the CMTA's mission from afar - feel free to donate. Every penny matters!

We will also participate in the Syracuse Mets We Care Wednesday program on September 18th. The CMTA will be highlighted at the game and a portion of the ticket sales will go directly to the CMTA! A ticket link will be coming soon.

More about the CMTA
The CMTA is a community-led, community-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to support the development of new treatments for CMT, improve the quality of life for people with CMT, and ultimately, to find a cure. As the leading global philanthropic funder of CMT research, the CMTA unites the community with clinicians and industry experts to accelerate the advancement of treatments, with investments of more than $24 million since 2008. The CMTA offers educational meetings, emotional support groups, local branches, CMTA Center of Excellence locations, a young adult program and Camp Footprint - a camp dedicated to children living with CMT.

Please help make a difference in the lives of those living with CMT and for our generations to come. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
