I am participating in a true ultimate challenge - hiking 26.6 miles on March 5th at Lake Georgetown to raise funds for children's cancer and with your help, I can surpass my fundraising goal!
My daughter Mary Rose survived Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at 3 years old. She was lucky. I have watched as our friends children have succumbed to various cancers or the effects of their treatreatments.
Our kids don't need another $%@*#!@ Teddy bear! Let's fund cures.
