I'm upping the game in 2022 by hiking 28.6 miles in one day to tell childhood cancer to TAKE A HIKE!
This year, I will be hiking the Foothills Trail, traversing both NC and SC. I will once again be part of Team Heart to Sole, which last year raised more than $25,000 for this amazing organization!
Children with cancer need our help now more than ever, so this April I'll be lacing up my boots and hiking 28.6 miles all in one day to raise critical funds to support CureSearch's cutting-edge research programs. I'm training hard so I can take care of the miles, but I need your help raising funds. If you're able, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help tell childhood cancer to take a hike. Cancer is the leading cause of disease death in children in this country with 47 kids diagnosed each day. Of those who survive, 2 out of 3 will develop at least one chronic health condition due to the toxic treatments they receive. Our kids deserve better, and CureSearch is leading the way to change the odds and deliver new, better childhood cancer treatments.
