About the Ultimate Hike

We're excited to be back on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022! Join us for 27 miles on the westernmost trail of Hiking's Triple Crown. Our home base will be Big Bear Lake, California where the town itself is worth the trip! Train in one of our official training cities, or train on your own and head west to join us for this perfect destination adventure. You'll have to travel to 10,000 feet for the adventure, but elevation gain/loss on the actual trail puts it right in the middle of our Hikes difficulty-wise. Additional hike distances are available. Speak with your Ultimate Hike staff contact about additional options.

At registration, each hiker is provided their own online fundraising and training portal with everything you need for hiking and fundraising success.

Step 3:
Fundraise and Train

Every Ultimate Hiker commits to raise funds for children’s cancer research and train for their event. A fully equipped support team will be with you every step of the way!

Step 4:
Hike

Ultimate Hike is more than a hike - it's a weekend adventure, an achievement of a lifetime, and a chance to find cures for cancer's youngest fighters.
