Healthy, home-cooked meals made with whole food ingredients are not only good for you they’re also good for your dog!
Allison Teegardin, from Dragonfly Dog Bowl, will show you how to turn food scraps, leftovers and odds-and-ends from your pantry, as well as inexpensive but high food-value ingredients, into real food your dog will love. You will learn recipes that are fun to make and pack a lot of nutrition into your dog’s diet, while also reducing your food waste. Participants will go home with recipes, a list of foods OK to feed to dogs, and the know-how for making dog food at home. Whether you cook every meal for your dog or just enough to supplement commercial dog food, your dog will thank you!
We will not eat what we cook in this class (even though we could!) but you can take home samples for your dog if you bring your own food storage containers.
Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
