Cooking is so much easier when you know how to handle a knife.
In this class, you will learn how to slice, dice, chop and chiffonade like a pro. You’ll go home with a ready-to-use vegetable bounty, and recipes that use those veggies! We’ll have knives for you, but feel free to bring your own.
This is a hands-on class, so please dress appropriately for the kitchen (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, hair tie for long hair, etc.). We will not cook in this class; please eat beforehand.
*Please bring many large containers or zip-top bags to pack your chopped veggies.
Additional Details:
Class participants must be 16 and older. Youth ages 12-15 may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
