Learn how easy it can be to make one of the oldest dishes in Mexican cuisine: mole.
Chef Raymundo Rios returns to The Happy Kitchen to show you step-by-step how to make authentic moles from scratch. Many sauces go by the name mole -- did you know that not all moles have chocolate in them? -- and recipes can be as complex as having more than thirty ingredients and hours of cooking or as easy as three ingredients and five minutes of preparation. Learn Chef Ray’s mole-making secrets and techniques for perfect moles made at home.
Join us to have great time while learning about Mexican cuisine. Bring your friends and family, and please don’t forget grandma (it’s proven that a Mole tastes even better when grandma cooks it)!
We will sample what we cook, but it might not be a complete meal.
Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
