Add a heartfelt and personal touch to your gifts this season by giving something you made with your own hands. In this class, Hema Reddy, from Sneaky Apron, will show you how to make 3 varieties of no-bake energy balls, a savory snack mix, and ready-to make overnight oats mix. Hema will demonstrate decorative presentations of these handmade gifts. You will take home what you make in class.
Hema Reddy is a technology professional turned food blogger with a passion towards preparing wholesome meals and ensuring every dish includes the essentials of a well-balanced diet. She started cooking as early as 8 years old helping her mom in India, making simple foods like 'rotis' and 'curries' and over time has evolved into branching out into various cuisines. She particularly likes to include functional ingredients such turmeric, ginger, and spices that aid one's immune and gut health. You can see Hema’s recipes on her YouTube channel or follow her on Facebook and Instagram.
This is a hands-on class, so please dress appropriately for the kitchen (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, hair tie for long hair).
We will sample what we make, but it will not be a complete meal.
Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
