Spices do so much more than just make food taste good, they hold the key to your health!
Join Akshaya Chinapa Reddy, from My Ayurvedic Kitchen, as she opens up her spice box and teaches you about the healing potential of spices and herbs - like ginger, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, tulsi, and more - and shows you how to use them in Indian-inspired dishes. We will make a tea, a soup, a curry, and even a dessert in this class. You will leave ready to spice up your every meal!
We will sample what we cook, but it might not be a complete meal.
Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
