Eating for health and wellness can be a little daunting, especially during the week. In this class, guest teacher Sydney Hardwick will talk about spring vegetables and show you how to use them to make quick, healthy weeknight meals. This is a hands-on class, so please come ready to cook, learn, eat -- and even dance a little while you cook! You are welcome to bring your own wine or beverage of choice - BYOB.
Cooking with Sydney was created out of a love for sharing recipes and tips while cooking with friends and family. There is something magical about the way you can transform a simple list of raw ingredients into the foundation of a lovely afternoon with family, a great night catching up with friends or an enriching exploration in the development of regional and cultural flavor profiles.
Parts of this class will be hands-on class, so please dress appropriately for the kitchen (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, hair tie for long hair).
We will sample what we make, but it might not be a complete meal.
Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
