The for-fee classes and free trainings listed here are held at SFC’s facilities. All proceeds from our for-fee offerings support our free programs and efforts to improve access to nutritious, affordable food for low-income residents and communities facing health disparities and food insecurity in and around Central Texas.

In this class, you will learn how to make safe, healthy, and delicious kombucha that is full of beneficial acids and probiotics. Ben will also show you how to make Kimchi and other vegetable preserves from the local area.
