Join me in supporting cancer patients in the Upstate by donating to the 16th annual Dragon Boat Upstate Festival.  By making a donation in support of my Dragon Boat team, you help provide vital cancer research and survivorship programs to cancer patients in our community.  So many of us have been touched by cancer in some way and this event provides a way for us to honor and remember loved ones that have faced or continue to face the disease. Both my mother & sister are survivors!  My wife's mother passed away from Ovarian cancer, and her Grandmother passed away from Breast cancer.

As you know this is personal to both Stephanie & I!  Stephanie's mother, Jill, passed away after a 9 year battle with Ovarian cancer.  My mother, Terry, is still fighting cancer after 12 years!  My sister is a survivor as well!

This is a great event that makes a large donation to the SC Ovarian Cancer foundation which Stephanie has served as a board member since its inception - Stephanie now serves as the Executive Director of the Foundation 

I am so proud of her and she is doing something that will make a difference AND is close to her heart.
