Stand up for ocean wildlife

bottlenose dolphin

Our oceans and marine wildlife need YOUR help. All around the world, the oceans are in crisis. Pollution from land-based sources is turning the oceans into a dumping ground. Many of the world's fisheries are already drastically depleted. Throughout the seven seas, there are many industries committing crimes against nature, but no one is holding them accountable.

The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea would help protect dolphins, whales and other marine species by improving international coordination of ocean conservation efforts, especially on marine protected areas and high seas fisheries and in the battle against ocean pollution.

The U.S. is one of only a handful of countries in the world that still hasn't ratified this important treaty. It's time to join with the international community to protect our ocean wildlife.

Please take action today and urge your Senators to stand up for ocean wildlife and support ratification of the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea!
