Tell Congress to Protect our Coast

There is a bill on the floor of the Senate right now that aims to restrict the power of the EPA.  If this bill passes, the US Army Corps of Engineers stands to gain a free pass on environmental review.

The Corps have a 40 year backlog of projects, some of which may soon be funded by BP’s oil disaster fines.  It is critical that the EPA and other regulatory agencies maintain the ability to review these dated projects to ensure that our damaged Gulf ecosystems are not further degraded.

Send a letter to your law makers below telling them that we cannot go backwards on environmental review.
