Thank you for supporting me in the 27th Annual Hospice Memorial Walk.  Hospice and Palliative Care Buffalo provides exceptional care and life enhancing services for seriously ill patients and their families. 

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Ed's death. As you know, Ed received outstanding care from his Hospice team. All of his caregivers and doctors treated him with great compassion and dignity. Our family will be forever grateful for the care that he recevied.
