I will be walking in the 2023 Hospice Memorial Walk on Sunday, May 21, in memory of Susan K. Kozlowski. Along with raising funds for Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo.

 

Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo provided exceptional service to not only my mother in law but our entire family as we provided for her in our home until she passed away on June 23rd 2022. The staff were absolutely the most amazing and genuine people I have ever met! They truly care about their patient and the patients family.
