Missing Our Mom's
"Missing Our Mom's" is a team of co-workers and friends who have experienced the loss of our mom's over the past few years. We will be coming together to celebrate their memory and will be walking in the 2023 Hospice Memorial Walk, along with raising funds for Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo.
Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo provides exceptional care and life enhancing services for seriously ill patients and their families. Your support helps HPCB provide comfort care to over 1,000 patients daily across Western New York.
