My team will be walking in the 2025 Hospice Memorial Walk on Sunday, May 4th in honor of Lisa Joy Londono and Michele Rocker. Hospice took the best care of Lisa and Michele, and also was a huge help to our families! Hospice is truly an amazing organization!
Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo provides exceptional care and life enhancing services for seriously ill patients and their families. Your support helps HPCB provide comfort care to over 1,000 patients daily across Western New York.
