Help us pass the first ever national Renewable Electricity Standard

From the coal ash spill in North Carolina to January’s chemical leak in West Virginia to last weekend’s oil spill in the Mississippi River, it’s not a question of “if,” but “when” the next dirty energy disaster will happen. It’s past time for us to kick our fossil fuel addiction and switch to clean energy.

Luckily our allies in the Senate have proposed Renewable Electricity Standard legislation that will help us move towards a clean energy future, but we’ll need to show a lot of public support to make it into a reality. Help us reach 30,000 citizen co-sponsors for these critical bills.

We need more Clean Energy!

Dear Senator,

The recent coal ash spill in North Carolina was a wake-up call for many of us, showing what our world will look like if we continue our addiction to dirty energy. It's time to invest in our future, and we can only do that through clean energy.

Sincerely,
