Tell Congress: Support the Clean Water Rule!

The Clean Water Act has been critical in cleaning up America’s waterways, but two Supreme Court decisions have left our small streams and wetlands vulnerable to toxic dumping. Fortunately, the EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Clean Water Rule restores important pollution protections to these waterways, which impact the drinking water of 1 in 3 Americans, support businesses and recreation, and provide homes for wildlife.

But Big Polluters want to keep their free pass to pollute our waterways and are pushing their allies in Congress to block this important rule by any means necessary.

Clean water is essential for all of us, so we can’t let them win! Send a message today to your Members of Congress telling them to protect our water by opposing all attacks on the Clean Water Rule!

Please Support the Clean Water Rule!

Dear Member of Congress,

Clean water is incredibly important to me, which is why I'm asking you to join me in supporting the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers' Clean Water Rule.

The Clean Water Rule restores pollution protections for the drinking water of 1 in 3 Americans, which until now had been left vulnerable to dangerous pollution. These waterways are also important economic drivers in our communities, providing clean water to businesses from farmers to craft brewers.

This rule, backed by peer-reviewed, sound science, has received strong support from a wide variety of stakeholders, including small businesses, public health professionals, religious organizations, sportsmen, farmers and ranchers, environmental groups, and state and local elected officials.

Thanks,
