The fitness, recreation and Special Olympics training programs at Little City provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities valuable opportunities for team involvement, good sportsmanship and social skills. These programs create a healthy, fun and challenging environment, where individuals are encouraged to increase their performance abilities while improving their health and wellness. 

All classes, unless noted, take place at:

Litte City’s Ethel B. & Joel H. Sharenow Fitness & Recreation Center

Golf training takes place on Little City’s campus at the Golf Training Center and Track Practice will be on the Athletic Field.

Bowling takes place off campus at Arlington Lanes Bowling Alley.
