Come out and get fit with Little City! Our strength & conditioning classes held at the Ethel B. and Joel H. Sharenow Fitness Center are designed to help individuals increase strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. This opportunity is designed to teach the importance of exercise.
Session 1 of this class meets Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00pm. Session 2 meets Wednesday from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Location: Ethel & Joel Sharenow Fitness & Recreation Center.
