Lizzy's fundraising page
Three years ago my sister, Lee Ann, was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 24. Later that year she passed away in the hospital after complications. I am running this marathon in her honor and to raise money for other people fighting this disease.
Every year, more than 80,000 people are diagnosed with lymphoma - that means every seven minutes, someone in the United States receives a lymphoma diagnosis. Today, more than 700,000 people are currently living with this disease. That is why I support the Lymphoma Research Foundation and their mission to eradicate lymphoma and serve those touched by this blood cancer. Thank you for your support!
