Mission Trip Payment & Deposit Form!
you for supporting the Mission of Hope, Haiti Mission Trip Program. Please be
aware that all payments made toward Mission Trips are NOT tax deductible. Fill
out the form below and press the submit button to make a payment.
Deposit and Payment Information:
• $25 per reserved bed
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• All other payments are non-refundable, but up to 10% of the original beds reserved may be transferred.
• 50% of total team payment is due 90 days prior to departure date. These funds are non-refundable, but up to 10% of those funds may be transferred and used towards the total team payment.
• 100% of total team payment is due 30 days prior to departure date.
• Team payments should be made as a group, not individually. The team leader is responsible for ensuring the team’s funds are turned in by all due dates.
Note: Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferable to your total trip balance should your initial reserved spots decline. Please look out for cut off dates on this sent by your mission trip coordinator after booking your reservation. Also, the team payments should be made as a group, not individually. The team leader is responsible for making sure the team’s funds are collected and turned in jointly.
