2021 Race for the Residents

St. Andrew Apostle MD

Welcome to the St Andrew Apostle Race for the Residents campaign for Mustard Seed Communities. Please consider joining our team to help raise funds or support one of our team members.

If you have ever been on a MSC mission trip or supported family and friends who have, you know the stories of friendship, courage, love, faith and hope that stirs your heart because of that encounter with Christ through the residents and community.  In the midst of simplicity, the residents celebrate with joyous song and dance routines and are remarkable with helping each other despite each other’s limitations.  You also cannot miss the hardworking aunties, farmers and staff who themselves are struggling but give so much of themselves to the ministry.

The pandemic has put a halt to mission trips until January of 2022.  Canceled mission trips is a devastating loss of volunteers and donations crucial to the financial sustainability of Mustard Seed.  It is especially difficult for the residents who miss their missionary friends.

Although we cannot be with the residents of Mustard Seed Communities this year, we can let them know that they haven't been forgotten. Please help us raise funds and participate in our Race for the Residents.  Our race will be a “marathon of prayers” offered as a spiritual bouquet for the Mustard Seed Communities.

For monetary donations, please click on the DONATE NOW button on this page.

For your prayerful support, please signup to offer a rosary, mass, novena or Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at this link

We are grateful for your generous donation and sacrifice.  May God’s love and mercy pour out upon us.  “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.”  Matthew 25:40.
