How will you challenge MS?
In Canada, there is one organization with national reach that can support people on their MS journey and tip the scales of MS research to change lives forever: The MS Society of Canada. You can join us by performing an act of greatness and challenging MS.
I Challenge MS enables you to be creative, rally your friends and family and fundraise however you choose. Get active, celebrate, throw a party or be creative and come up with your own idea you choose the challenge and we will support you in achieving your goals. Whatever you decide, know that it is an act of greatness that will help to change lives.
You can challenge MS by getting active! Running in a an event, taking on a cycling challenge, completing a triatholon or choosing your own fitness challenge. You can determine your own goal or event, or choose from one of our partner events across Canada.

You can challenge MS in whatever way you want! Maybe you have a hobbies you can transform into a fundraiser, maybe you're a gamer and want to fundraise virtually, maybe you just want to raise money by sharing your story and sharing to your network. However you challenge MS is up to you.

Canadians affected by MS can now access a hub of knowledge where MS Navigators will provide consistent, quality information and support tailored to their unique situation.
