Where is the Quebec Summit on Multiple Sclerosis being held?

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, to attend the Summit, you must purchase a ticket, which costs $10. To buy a ticket, click here.

Please note that you will not receive printed or electronic tickets. The confirmation you will receive by e-mail is to be kept as proof of purchase.

How can I get tickets to attend the Summit?

You can buy tickets for the Summit online by clicking here.

You can pay for your tickets with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Tickets will be on sale until March 29, 2019.

Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable.

However, they are transferable from one person to another.

What is the deadline to buy tickets?

The deadline for buying tickets to the Summit is March 29, 2019. Register without delay to be sure of a place.

Will tickets be available on site?

No tickets will be sold on site. You must purchase your tickets online before March 29, 2019.

Is the Hôtel Mortagne accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The Hôtel Mortagne is accessible. The presentations will be held in the conference centre, on the ground floor. Adapted washrooms are also available.

Will the presentations be bilingual?

Some presentations will be given in French and others in English. A simultaneous interpretation service will be provided for all presentations. When you buy tickets, you can indicate whether you will need this service. Please note that you will be able to ask questions in either French or English during the question period.

Will lunch be provided?

Lunch will be provided in the form of lunchboxes for all participants. If you have any allergies or food intolerances or if you are vegetarian, please notify Carole Corson in advance by email at carole.corson@mssociety.ca, or by phone at 514 225-9586 or 1 800 268-7582 (toll-free).

Have rooms been reserved at the Hôtel Mortagne for the event?

A limited number of rooms, including 13 adapted rooms, have been reserved at the rate of $165 plus taxes. You have until March 4, 2019, to take advantage of this offer.

How do I get to the Hôtel Mortagne by car?

From Highway 20 East :
Take exit 93 from Highway 20 East. Turn right on Nobel.
The hotel will be on your left.

From Highway 20 West :
Take exit 92 from Highway 20 West.
Turn left on Boulevard de Mortagne, then cross over the highway. Turn left on Volta, and then left again on Nobel.
The hotel will be on your right.

Is there parking?

There is a free parking lot outside the hotel.

Can I get to the Hôtel Mortagne by public transit?

It is possible to get to the Hôtel Mortagne by bus. Take Réseau de transport de Longueuil line 123, from Longueuil metro (stop opposite the Hôtel Mortagne). Plan for a 40-minute ride from the metro station.
