Mantras:  Never assume anything. Go with your gut feeling. A smile is better than a frown even if you don’t feel like smiling!

Jackie Pilon, Vice-Chair
Government Relations Specialist, BHP

Diagnosed with MS at 21 then re-diagnosed 23 years later with an Allied Disease. I know what it’s like to both live with MS and how your future changes when you don’t have to carry MS with you every day. Some of my notable abilities include baking cookies and lighting campfires. I am most proud of my two children, two grandchildren and three billet boys. A couple of my life goals are clearly up to me. Like finally deciding on that tattoo. But my bigger goal to end MS for everyone in my lifetime requires help. Together our small #actsofgreatness can end MS.

Mantra: What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. And when we bring what is within us out into the world, miracles happen. ~ Henry Stanley Haskins, Meditations in Wall Street.
