You’ll conquer Canada’s best roads and accomplish your wellness goals, while accelerating the pace of MS breakthroughs and empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives. You are changing the future of MS and we will be here to fully support you through every kilometer of your journey.

This MS Bike Cowichan Valley Experience takes you to breathtaking views and sumptuous flavours of the best wineries and artisanal fare that Cowichan Valley has to offer. We are back at the prestigious Shawnigan Lake School as our home base for an exciting bike weekend! Come mingle with fellow cyclists and friends at the Rider Village and have a gourmet dinner with fabulous entertainment on Saturday. Head out and explore Cowichan Valley and conclude your experience with a BBQ lunch and celebrate your success at the closing ceremony on Sunday.

Come and experience the beautiful Cowichan Valley from the best seat in the house -- your bike!

Accommodations


A limited number of dorm rooms are available for participants on Saturday, July 20 at a cost of $55 per person. There are 2-bed dorms and 4-bed dorms. Saturday Dinner Celebration


This year's theme for our celebratory dinner is "A Night to Remember Masquerade". Dressing up and getting fancy is, of course, optional. Executive chef James McClellan will prepare the sumptuous feast. All cyclists are free to attend. Tickets are $55 for guests to attend. Purchase your tickets here.
