This summer, just like the previous four, I will be strapping on my helmet, cycling Canadian roads and helping change the future of MS. The only difference being fewer hills in Saskatoon!
Multiple sclerosis has a ripple effect that impacts not only the lives of those diagnosed by the disease, but also their family and community. I have a number of friends that suffer with this disease. Many of those suffering with this disease work tirelessly to better the lives of those that will be affected in the future by working to raise funds that will further research towards a cure for MS.
Funds raised at MS Bike continue to support leading-edge research and support programs that improve the quality of life for those affected by MS, sepcifically Canadians like my friend and colleague Jan.
When you donate to my fundraising you’ll help continue this incredible work.
Due to COVID-19 the event is a virtual event once more this year and the PCL Team in Saskatoon are riding the streets of the Bridge City on Saturday September 18th. With every pedal stroke and donation we’ll further the fight against MS.
This year my personal fundraising goal is set at $5,000, and our team has a goal to raise $20,000. I will commit to ride a minimum of 20km for every $1,000 raised through my personal page to a maximum of 200km over the weekend of September 12th - it may be in shifts of 20km however!
Please consider helping the PCL team make a difference in the fight to beat MS here in Canada and around the world!
