Are you ready for the MS Bike experience? You’ll conquer Canada’s best roads and accomplish your wellness goals, while accelerating the pace of MS breakthroughs and empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives. You are changing the future of MS and we will be here to fully support you through every kilometer of your journey.

Spend a weekend with friends and family while challenging yourself and raising money to help fund research and programs in support of MS! This 2-day event will leave just south of Ottawa, with everyone cycling straight to the NAV CENTRE (75-85 km) in Cornwall with the option of riding an extra 25km loop at the end. After an enjoyable afternoon and overnight stay at the NAV CENTRE, you will cycle the same route in reverse to a BBQ at the finish line.

Event day support

Checkpoints: Available every 15-20 km so you can take a break, when needed. Each checkpoint has washrooms/portable toilets, snacks and refreshments.

Ride Marshals: Ride marshals are PwC MS Bike participants who have volunteered to help cyclists along the route. They can change a flat tire, provide basic first aid or contact a support vehicle.

First Aid: Trained first aid patrollers are available throughout the route to help all participants.

Bike mechanics: The start line and along the route will have bike mechanics available for repairs. We recommend you visit one of our MS Friendly Bike Shops before the ride to ensure your bike is in top condition.
