Join Us on Lake Ontario Sunday July 7th, 2019 for the 10th annual SUP4MS
The SUP4MS started as a 65km fundraising paddle by Mike Sandusky and Grant Kennedy from Hamilton to Toronto. To date we've raised over $91,000 in funds for MS! We're excited as the event has grown to include over 100 paddlers on the water and now it's evolved with the race option. Here's what you can expect:
• Supportive SUP community
• Great day for everyone and the family
- 10km Paddle from Bluffer's Beach to 'A-Bay' Woodbine Beach
- Meet at 8:00am at Bluffer's Beach

**The SUP4MS will run rain or shine Sunday, July 7th.
**Route is reversible depending weather conditions.
*Participants need their own SUP, throw rope, pfd and whistle.
* A limited amount of boards will be available to borrow.
Thanks for your continued support over the years!
Canada has the highest rate of MS in the world.
It’s true – 100 000 Canadians live with MS. Having multiple sclerosis means that one morning you may not be able to walk when you wake up. Or that you may suddenly have impaired vision. Or that your memory will fail you for no apparent reason. The symptoms of MS are many and vary for everyone.
I’m taking the challenge to help the MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people with MS and their families. Proceeds from my campaign and others like it provide support and services to help those living with this disease, their families and caregivers. They also fund research with three primary goals: to find a cause and cure for MS, repair nervous system damage caused by MS and stop MS attacks. By supporting me, you too can make a difference in the life of someone with multiple sclerosis.
I am doing whatever it takes in the fight to end MS. Will you join me?
