Why am I running?
For many years I have been supporting and donating to the cause, but last year my wife and I stepped it up and volunteered for 3 days at the 2018-2019 Ultra-Trail. We got to learn so much about what we have been supporting for so many years. We met people with incredible stories and who fight every day just to get up and walk.
I was inspired, not only because of their stories, but because of how amazing it was to see people from all over the world, no age limit, no pre-requisisites, just one goal in common, run for a MS.
I have been procrastinating for so many years to get into shape and to re-habilitate my knee. But after witnessing and being involved in last year's event, it gave me the push I needed to raised the bar yet again. Not only will I be donating to the cause, but I will be raising money and I will be running the 20km in the upcoming Ultra-Trail.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in advance who will be following and supporting me on my journey to reach my goal as I prepare myself and get ready to run in September
A special mention to Pascal Migneault and Karine Plante who have given me the extra drive and motivation to prepare myself and run for somnething that is important to me and so many others.
